In several recent focus groups of residents in Winter Park, Maitland and Eatonville, every single person knew full well what they needed to do to be healthy – eat right and exercise, being the top two. Others added things like get more sleep, stop smoking, work less, find balance and so on. So the question is, if we all know what we need to do to be healthy, why don’t we do it?
The answer for many, and I bet it’s the same for you, is “lack of time”.
